OncoPharm
The pharmacy module contains an editable collection of work form templates. These templates contain information regarding the production of a specific drug, such as recommended diluents, concentration limits, separate diluents needed, number of labels etc. When components are routed as part of an order, work forms and labels are automatically generated based on these templates. Orders are available in the form of electronic lists as well as automatic print outs. OncoPharm can easily be integrated to the hospital’s stock and billing system to automate these functions.
OncoDoc
For the physician OncoDoc offers a completely editable collection of course definitions. These definitions contain all necessary chemotherapy agents, antidotes, hydrations, additives, comments, observations etc. Course definitions may be created locally or exchanged by mail across installations making it easy to be up to date with the latest clinical knowledge. When ordering all dosages are automatically calculated based on criteria defined in the template. OncoDoc also validates critical blood values against the hospital’s laboratory system. In addition the system also keeps track of all accumulated dosages.
OncoSheet
The nurse’s worksheet comes in both a paper and an electronic format, giving customers the ability to choose based on existing infrastructure. The worksheet contain all necessary information on order to administer the drugs, such as how to administer the course, premedication or antiemetics that need administering, hydrations and observations (monitoring blood pressure etc.) during the course. OncoSheet also contains electronic lists of the status of all bags that are to be produced at the pharmacy as well of lists and support for bags that are to be produced at the ward. OncoSheet may be integrated to various kin of alarms to notify the nurse of important events (such as administrating an antidote).
