CSAM Health AS (CSAM) is a privately owned company. 50% of the shares are owned by well reputed long term financial investors Kagra AS (represented by Jens Ulltveit-Moe) and IMS Marine Services (represented by Morits Skaugen). The other 50% of the shares are owned by a group of 7 employees, with CEO Sverre Flatby and CFO Einar Bonnevie being the dominant shareholders.
CSAM is growing fast and profitably, and for this reason the company was awarded Deloitte’s Fast50 award on October 2010.
CSAMs financial situation is robust, with a clean and lean balance sheet where equity comprises 50% of total assets and interest bearing debt is limited. The current growth is funded by withheld profits.
However, CSAM being a concious, but innovative and fast moving player in the rapidly growing eHealth industry, will consider inviting new investors onboard on certain conditions. Primarily, we will be looking for investors that can contribute beyond financial capital alone. Partners,customers, technology and last, but not least: talented and devoted people.
