Professional qualifications

Minimum 3 years education at university or college level, and more than 3 years relevant work experience. Long and relevant work experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.

Good fluency in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written.
- Experience and knowledge of standards within the health sector is an advantage.
Personal qualifications
- The person (s) we seek must have good communication skills and an understanding of how to work in international environments with people with different cultural backgrounds. The ability to balance authority, humility and respect in relation to others, is important.
- It is important to have the will and desire to work in teams with others, both within their field and together with other disciplines.
